Whenever you feel very angry, follow these steps to cool down:

*Take a deep breathe and at the same time, clasp your hand in the WTF position and wave it*

Say "Its a wonderful world out there!"

*Take a deep breathe and at the same time, clasp your hand in the WTF position and wave it*

Say "The air is so fresh!"

*Take a deep breathe and at the same time, clasp your hand in the WTF position and wave it*

Say "Life is a beautiful thing!"

Repeat till anger subsides.

Remember, always keep your cool. Do not be provoked and do not be incited.
